1. Platform Membership & Non-Refundable Fee

mymdeck provides an influencer & brand collaboration hub for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube content creators. Upon registering as a creator, a standard platform membership fee of ₹5,000 (subject to active promo code discounts) is required for full account activation. All membership and registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

2. 3-Tier Creator Pricing & Proposals

Creators configure their custom 3-tier rates (Rate 1: Product/Link Posting, Rate 2: Influencer-Created Video, Rate 3: Company-Provided Video). Submitting campaign proposals through mymdeck constitutes a binding agreement between company brands and influencers under the agreed rates.

3. Referral Program & ₹200 Reward Distribution

Influencer members receive a unique promo code. For every valid user registration and completed membership checkout utilizing that promo code, a ₹200 referral reward is logged into the referrer's wallet balance. Payouts are reviewed and transferred directly to creator bank accounts by Super Admin moderators.

4. Transactional Communications Consent

By registering on mymdeck, users explicitly consent to receiving transactional emails, SMS alerts, and WhatsApp messages regarding welcome links, payment receipts, referral reward alerts, campaign proposals, and payout confirmations.

5. Content Moderation & Conduct

mymdeck reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any portfolio post, video embed, image, or comment that violates community standards or applicable intellectual property laws.
